Foster in Place
Information from the owner: She is a good bird, she just needs someone with more patience and a better understanding of her needs.
She like to whistle back and forth, does contact calls anytime you\'re more than 20 feet from her cage or line of sight, doesn't care for most other animals, but isn't actively aggressive either.
She likes to call my name and asks for me to come to her. We have been trying to teach her new words and
phrases and whistling patterns. She likes to say woo a lot and likes to receive a woo back.
