Other comments: Say hello to this cute guy. Java is a male Moustache Parakeet and part of EBR's Lucky 13 rescue. 

We don’t know how old Java is and do not have history for him.  Java is a delightful bird who likes to be cuddled and hang out on his play stand to look out the window.  He can say Java and a few other garbled words.  Java likes to run around on the couch and hang out with his foster mom.  Java is a very sweet little bird looking for his perfect forever home.
